As a user of SocialSuite, you are responsible for the content you publish. All content must comply with the terms of service of the individual social platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) you connect to. Automated spamming or illicit publishing is prohibited across all services.

While SocialSuite maintains a high-availability Media Storage and Publishing Engine, we do not guarantee 100% uptime for third-party social APIs. API limits and rate throttling are determined by the connected social networks and are outside of our direct control.

You retain 100% ownership of the media and captions you upload to our storage. SocialSuite only claims a limited license to transmit this data to your connected social accounts during the execution of a scheduled post.
