These Terms of Service govern your use of the SocialSuite platform. By registering or using SocialSuite, you agree to these terms.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Workspaces (organizations) are private with data isolation enforced via Row-Level Security (RLS). Each workspace has one Admin who manages members and settings.
When you are invited to join a workspace as a member, your account is associated with the inviting workspace, not your own.
You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent platform restrictions or plan limits.
SocialSuite offers Free and PRO subscription plans. The Free plan allows up to 3 connected social accounts. Additional accounts require a PRO subscription.
PRO subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected during checkout. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers.
Subscription upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' written notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.
You are solely responsible for all content you create, upload, schedule, and publish through SocialSuite.
All content must comply with the terms of service of the underlying social platforms (Meta, Google/YouTube, LinkedIn, Threads) to which you publish.
You may not use SocialSuite to publish spam, malicious content, hate speech, harassment, illegal material, or content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights.
Automated scraping, data mining, or any form of unauthorized data collection from SocialSuite or connected platforms is strictly prohibited.
You may not use SocialSuite to bypass platform rate limits, API restrictions, or content policies of connected social networks.
Images uploaded to SocialSuite may be automatically scanned by AI (Groq Vision) for content moderation. HIGH_RISK content is blocked; MEDIUM_RISK content enters a human review queue.
Videos are NOT automatically scanned by AI. They are preset to MEDIUM_RISK and require mandatory manual human review before publication.
When approving a video for publication, you will be shown a liability disclaimer. By approving, you acknowledge that SocialSuite has not reviewed the video's content and you assume full responsibility for its compliance with platform policies.
SocialSuite is not liable for content that is published and subsequently flagged, removed, or penalized by connected social platforms.
SocialSuite depends on third-party APIs (Meta Graph API, LinkedIn API, Google YouTube Data API, Threads API) for publishing and engagement features.
We do not guarantee 100% uptime for third-party APIs. API rate limits, throttling, changes, or outages are outside our control.
Scheduled posts are published via our cron worker system and client-side polling mechanism. While we make every effort to publish on time, we are not liable for missed publishing windows due to third-party API failures.
We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice. Emergency maintenance may occur without notice.
Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass any security measures of the SocialSuite platform.
Accessing or using the platform through unauthorized means (e.g., bots, scrapers, automated scripts beyond our API).
Uploading malicious files, viruses, or content designed to harm the platform or other users.
Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.
Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the platform or its underlying infrastructure.
You retain 100% ownership of all content (media, captions, posts) you upload and create through SocialSuite.
SocialSuite claims only a limited license to access, store, and transmit your content to your connected social accounts for the purpose of executing your publishing instructions.
The SocialSuite name, logo, platform design, and underlying software are the exclusive property of VooHo Innovations. You may not use our branding without prior written consent.
You grant us permission to display anonymized usage metrics and aggregated data for platform improvement and marketing purposes.
SocialSuite integrates with third-party services (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Threads) through their official APIs. Use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services you connect to SocialSuite.
Links to external websites within the platform are provided for convenience. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for their content.
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, all your data will be permanently deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice, at our sole discretion.
If your subscription payment fails, we will provide a 7-day grace period before suspending PRO features. After 30 days of non-payment, the account may be terminated.
Upon termination for violation, all data may be immediately removed without liability to SocialSuite.
SocialSuite is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SocialSuite (VooHo Innovations) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
Our total liability for any claims under these terms shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to SocialSuite in the 12 months preceding the claim.
This limitation does not apply to liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or gross negligence where prohibited by applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issue informally before pursuing legal action.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email to the registered account address.
Continued use of SocialSuite after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
If you do not agree with the changes, you may terminate your account before the changes take effect.
